Do your products reduce and/or eliminate odors?
Yes, that is one of the reasons many of our customers first start using ABS products!
What makes ABS products better than other products making similar claims?
We use fresh strains of high-quality enzyme-producing bacillus bacteria for fermentation by our technicians in our state-of-the-art facility. Our fermentation process is meticulously monitored, which results in a superior product.
Do you make specialty products for unique applications?
Normally, yes. It sometimes involves trials, but we generally attempt to provide a product for any application that involves degrading organic materials.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards for sales in the U.S. and Canada.
Will you assist us by providing support for sales and technical advice?
Yes, we support our customers with timely and helpful information to assure success with your projects and/or applications.
Do you private label?
We prefer to use our own label, but will work with larger private clients to meet their needs.
Do you provide volume discounts?
Yes, this is considered on an individual basis.
Can you provide specialty packaging?
Yes, being the manufacturer, we can package to your specification.
Do you offer water-soluble packaging?
Yes, we package our dry products in 1 pound or 500mg bags.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, at least 50% of our products are shipped outside the U.S.
Do you work with letters of credit (LCs)?
Yes, we are continually working with LCs for countries that require that type of transaction.
Do you provide necessary documents for export shipments?
Yes, we have extensive experience with meeting the requirements of most overseas countries. Documents include COOs, COAs, spec sheets, radiation certificates, and health certificates.
Are you looking for representatives in foreign countries?
We are always looking for new distributors and partners internationally.
Will you protect our agreed-upon territory from other ABS distributors?
Yes, we pride ourselves in giving our distributors protection and maintaining strong relations.
